  1. Digital Content & Right of Withdrawal
    In accordance with international law (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive) regarding the supply of digital content:
    Immediate Access: Our products are pre-made digital assets delivered instantly via email or unique access link.
    Express Waiver: By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access, you expressly acknowledge and agree that once the digital delivery has commenced (e.g., the link is generated or the file is accessed), you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel or claim a refund without cause.
  2. Refund Eligibility
    We only consider refund requests under the following limited circumstances:
    Non-Delivery due to Technical Failure: If you do not receive the access link within 10 minutes of purchase due to our system’s failure.
    Major Technical Defect: If the digital asset is proven to have a functional fault that prevents use on standard, compatible browsers.
    Duplicate Purchase: Accidentally purchasing the same identical package twice within 24 hours.
  3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
    Refunds will not be issued for:
    “Change of mind” after the digital link has been dispatched.
    Incompatibility with your specific hardware/software (where requirements were stated).
    Unauthorised purchases made by minors. (We strictly require users to be 18+).
  4. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
    We encourage all customers to contact support@snapcalmwrap.com to resolve any issues. Please note: We maintain comprehensive logs of all digital delivery timestamps and IP access records.
    In the event of an unwarranted or fraudulent chargeback, Balancing Monkey Games Limited will provide this evidence to the payment processor (Stripe) and the issuing bank to demonstrate full contract fulfillment.
  5. How to Request a Refund
    Contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@snapcalmwrap.com with your order number and details of the technical issue. Approved refunds will be processed via Stripe back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
